1) Authentication & Authorization: Your username and password to access the Concepts Tutorials LIVE platform are confidential. You will not share this information with anyone, and you will not allow anyone else to login to the Concepts Tutorials LIVE platform using your credentials.

2) Personal Information: You will not share your personal contact information (username, email address, phone number, home address, and social media handles) with a student or their parent. You may also not request similar information from a student or their parent. You will not attempt to contact, or actually contact a student or their parent outside of using the Concepts Tutorials LIVE platform.

3) Teaching Hours: Each Session will be for the duration specified in the package details with a 15-minute break in between. All sessions will be conducted conforming to INDIA (IST) time. You will also have to account for and adjust to Standard Time accordingly. Each session will start with an assessment lasting a few minutes to test the student on the material covered in the previous session. All sessions must start on time and end at the scheduled time.

4) Session Schedule & Availability: You will be assigned sessions at mutually agreed times and days as per the schedule you provide when the system is set up. No request for cancellation of the sessions will be entertained, after the schedule is made, except in case of emergency. If you wish to switch your time, you will still have to complete the already assigned sessions as per the originally scheduled time.

5) Recording Sessions: The tutoring sessions will be recorded by the tutor and uploaded to a designated folder provided by Concepts Tutorials, for future reference, and could be provided to the tutee and the parent at the discretion of Concepts Tutorials, especially if the student had to miss all or part of the session.

6) Financial Information: You will not request or receive information on bank accounts, credit cards, or payment sites from a student or their parent/guardian or provide similar information to a student or their parent/guardian.

7) Platform Use: You will use the Concepts Tutorials LIVE platform only for the purpose of tutoring. You will not transmit any files, viruses, or code that is harmful to the platform. You will not attempt to modify, copy, distribute, or resell any tools or material provided on the platform to a third party, or jeopardize the platform in any way. You will not use or attempt to use any part of Concepts Tutorials platform to conduct sessions for students who are not current paid users of Concepts Tutorials.

8) Dress Code: You are expected to dress formally, decently, and be well-groomed for conducting the sessions. While the tutoring sessions are online, there will be times when you may have to stand up during a session.

9) Lighting: Ensure that your lighting is uniform and of good quality. You should confirm that by previewing your camera experience prior to the start of a session.



10) Sound: Clear audio transmission is very important for every tutoring session. Ensure that you are in an area where external noises are not distracting to you or the tutee, and that you are using a pluggable set of headphones and microphone to minimize external disturbances.

11) Language: The tutoring sessions will be conducted in English. You will desist from using any strong language that has expletives, profanity, or is abusive. The communication will not digress from the subject material that is being tutored, and if the tutee attempts to digress you will divert the conversation back to the material being
tutored.

12) Copyright: You are not allowed to transmit any copyrighted material using the Concepts Tutorials platform. You may transfer your personal notes using the platform, and help the tutee use the tools and resources that the Concepts Tutorials platform provides.

13) Ratings: At the end of every session the tutee may be asked to rate the session, and optionally provide comments. These ratings and optional comments are for the Concepts Tutorials administrators. If a tutor wishes to report any issues or conflict, the tutor must send an email to the appointed liaison at Concepts Tutorials with the
details.

14) Equipment: You are required to have your own computer with a good quality camera and audio system. Your computer will use the browser-based Concepts Tutorials platform, and you may choose to have other software that helps improve the tutoring experience of the tutee, such as a graphics tablet or document camera.

15) Internet Connection: You are required to have an internet connection that is reliable and fast to meet the needs of the Concepts Tutorials platform. Test the speed of your internet connection before every session to check the quality. This is
specifically important if you are using a shared connection in locations such as a home, hotel, or shared office space.
